The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older unless otherwise noted in the listing description and may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests the home sleeps, and parking is limited to the number of vehicles listed in the property description; vehicles must be parked only in designated areas and follow all posted instructions. Smoking indoors, parties, and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed unless the listing specifically states the home is pet-friendly. Guests are responsible for the condition of the home during their stay, and additional charges may apply for damages, missing items, excessive trash, rule violations, or extra housekeeping. Northwest Montana is a natural environment, and guests should reasonably expect occasional insects or wildlife indoors or outdoors. For condo or community properties, shared amenities such as pools or hot tubs are outside of Vacay Whitefish’s control and availability is not guaranteed. For private homes, every effort will be made to address amenity issues promptly. Vacay Whitefish is not responsible for weather conditions, seasonal changes, or the closure or cancellation of local events, attractions, or activities. Some properties may have exterior security cameras or video doorbells used only to monitor exterior activity when the home is vacant. By booking, guests agree to comply with all house rules and the full Terms and Conditions of the rental agreement.
