This custom, newly built townhome offers a grand vacation experience with all the amenities and space you could desire. When you enter Laneway Haus you will immediately notice the high end finishes and extra space you will be enjoying during your stay. And this beautiful property with exceptional mountain views from the balcony is nestled right in downtown Whitefish, walking distance from some of the best dining and entertainment in the valley.

The main level has a laundry room with a brand new stacked washer and dryer and 2 over-sized bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The first bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding and a twin over twin bunk bed, 55" TV, large bathroom with walk in shower and heated floors! The second bedroom has a king bed with a large closet, 55" TV, walk in shower and also has heated floors. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony which has gorgeous mountain views.

When you walk up the steps to the second level you will truly feel the consideration that was given to space in this custom townhome. The large and open kitchen concept has everything you need to prepare a fantastic gourmet meal. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and offers a 65" TV, gas fireplace and electric blinds. Walk out onto the huge covered patio and there is a natural gas grill, plenty of comfortable seating and the most amazing views of Big Mountain! The living room and kitchen area have large glass patio doors and skylights to let in all the natural sunlight you could want on those beautiful Montana days.

Laneway Haus is the perfect spot for your summer or winter vacation with central air conditioning and heating, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace and a perfect location to walk around downtown or catch the Ski Bus up to the slopes. In the summer you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and so much more! And in the winter you can hit the slopes, go snowmobiling, snow shoeing and many other fun winter activities.

Complete your dream vacation with a stay at Laneway Haus, the newest and premiere addition to the Whitefish vacation rental scene! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 8 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No parties. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. Tickets must be purchased to travel on Going-To-The-Sun Road from May through September.

Reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older and is required to provide ID/DL upon request. Maximum occupancy at all times is equal to the number of guests the property sleeps and a maximum number of vehicles is found in each property listing description. If more vehicles than the maximum are present or, vehicles are found to be improperly parked or, the absence or incorrect usage of parking passes mandates towing – the vehicle(s) will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets allowed unless a listing expressly states pets are welcome. Guests with an unapproved pet will be subject to a $500 fee per day until pet is removed. Please note that characteristics and details of the property may occasionally differ from listing photos or 3D tours. This includes outside surroundings. If the inclusion of a photographed or listed item is important to your stay, please reach out for clarification prior to booking. Vacay will not refund any portion of the rental for the cancelation/rescheduling of any local events or points of interest, inclement weather including floods, fires, or resulting smoke, seasonal changes including those which may impact river/lake conditions, or any activities unaffiliated with Vacay. Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. Guests will be charged an additional fee for any damages, excessive trash, additional housekeeping, rental agreement violations, and for missing or damaged items. Exterior security cameras and video doorbells may be present at the property and are used to monitor trash pickup or activity when the home is vacant. By booking, guest agrees to reasonably expect indoor/outdoor insects and wildlife, and Vacay will not refund any portion of the rental for these byproducts of the environment. Guest also understands that Vacay does not own/operate hot tubs/pools in condo communities, therefore, does not charge additional, and will not refund for the loss of amenities outside of our control. For private properties, Vacay will refund up to $50 per full day for the loss of a hot tub and up to $75 per full day for the loss of a swimming pool. In addition, please review the full Terms of Rental to ensure you remain in compliance with the rules and restrictions associated with booking this property.

Great location in Downtown Whitefish. Close to shops and restaurants and short drive to the ski mountain. The accommodations were exactly like the photos showed. Had all the amenities needed. The home was spotless. We had a couple of very normal things we needed help with during our stay and the management company was incredibly responsive…getting back to us immediately and coming up with solutions right away. 5 stars all around!!
