♦ $500 fee for first noise complaint, escalating penalties for repeat violations
Please be advised, this property is located in the Timbrshor development which is governed by an HOA and home to many private and permanent residences. Please abide by any Timbrshor HOA posted rules and follow all house rules as violations will be strictly enforced. No guests will be allowed to use Timbrshor boat slips. Guests may us the Finley State Park boat ramp to gain boat access to the lake.

A perfect stay!
This lake house was beautiful. The view was stunning, we loved spending time on the deck and when it was raining we loved sitting in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our family meals. The host was texting me before we got there and after, with instructions, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and we had a very fun family vacation.
